Wines of Languedoc-Roussillon

Between Perpignan and Nimes, on the Mediterranean coast, the vineyard of Languedoc-Roussillon is flooded of sun throughout year/ benefits from sunshine all year long.
It is a Mediterranean climate with multiple influences depending on the location of the vines (plain, hill, scrubland).
The selected vintage is turned to wine by soil and by type of vine, the assemblies are then carried out by tasting.

Red wines

Fitou: wine of a supported color with a ruby, garnet dominant.

Corbieres: of a rather constant color with a purple red, currant, garnet dominant. It goes well with seafood.

White wines

Banyuls: yellow-amber wine, with well developed and persistent flavours. It perfectly accompanies "blue" cheeses.
