Languedoc-Roussillon Wines
"Flavours" of the South
Geography and terroir
Between Perpignan and Nimes, on the Mediterranean coast, the vineyard of Languedoc-Roussillon is flooded of sun throughout year/ benefits from sunshine all year long.
It is a Mediterranean climate with multiple influences depending on the location of the vines (plain, hill, scrubland).
The selected vintage is turned to wine by soil and by type of vine, the assemblies are then carried out by tasting.
